1) How do I decide if I want a Right Hand draw holster or a Left Hand draw holster?

a. A Right Hand draw places the firearm underneath the left armpit and the left hand draw places the firearm underneath the right armpit. The holster is intended for crossdraw.

2) I didn’t find my firearm on the “compatible firearm list, does that mean your holster will not fit my firearm?

a. Most likely your firearm will fit. Firearms that are 4”-7” in overall length generally fit in our BASIC and ULTRA models and firearms that are 6.5”-9” will fit into our MAX holster.

3) What is the difference between the ULTRA and the BASIC?

a. The ULTRA has the option of two shoulder straps. The ULTRA has 2 magazine pouches on the opposite side of the firearm holster. The ULTRA has a firearm retention strap.

4) What is the difference between the ULTRA Single Shoulder Strap and the ULTRA Shoulder Strap models?

a. The Single Shoulder strap has a 2” vertical adjustment in height while the Double Shoulder strap has a 7” vertical adjustment.

b. The Single Shoulder strap model uses Velcro only on the front enclosure while the Double Shoulder strap model uses Velcro with loops for added security.

5) Should I choose a Double Shoulder strap over a single shoulder strap?

a. If you are “active” while using the holster, then we suggest the Double Shoulder strap models. Active would be anyone that wears their Deep Conceal holster while jogging, running, biking, hiking, hunting, boating, golfing etc.

6) How do I measure to get the correct chest size for my holster?

a. Take a tape measure around the chest at the Sternum. Inhale and then exhale – take the measurement when you are done exhaling. Note the measurement on the tape and order the corresponding holster size.

7) How do I care for the Deep Conceal Holsters?

a. Wash in cold water and air dry.

b. Do not allow the Velcro to come in contact with the elastic.

8) Will the magazine pockets fit Double Stack Magazines?

a. Yes – we have not tried out all magazines, however we haven’t found any that do not fit.

9) What is your return policy?

a. You may return the holster for any reason within 30 days of purchase, just include your invoice number and the reason for the return.

10) What do I do if I ordered the wrong size/type/color?

a. Send it back with a note with the reason for the return/replacement along with your invoice number and contact information. We will replace the product with the correct holster. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender.

11) It seems like you have a lot of different products – what exactly do you have available?

a. 1) BASIC holster – For Small/Medium Firearms from 4”-7” in overall length. Firearm retention strap. Single Shoulder strap only. Right Hand or Left Hand draw. Off white color only. 6 chest sizes.

b. ULTRA holster – For Small/Medium Firearms from 4”-7” in overall length. Firearm Retention Strap. Single Shoulder strap. Right Hand or Left Hand draw. Off White color only. 6 chest sizes.

c. ULTRA holster – For Small/Medium Firearms from 4”-7” in overall length. Firearm Retention Strap. Double Shoulder strap. Right Hand or Left Hand draw. Off White & Black color. 6 chest sizes.

d. MAX holster – For Large Firearms from 6.5”-9” in overall length. Firearm Retention Strap. Single Shoulder Strap. Right Hand or Left Hand draw. Off White & Black. 5 chest sizes.

e. MAX holster – For Large Firearms from 6.5”-9” in overall length. Firearm Retention Strap. Double Shoulder strap. Right Hand or Left Hand draw. Off White & Black

12) Can this holster be comfortably worn against the skin?

a. Yes – due to its cotton construction it is very comfortable worn against the skin.

13) What does it cost to ship the product to a US address?

a. All shipping is included in the price to any US address.

14) What does it cost for international shipping?

a. We use the United States Postal Service with Priority shipping and is $34.95 which includes handling charges to most all foreign locations, however there are a very few locations where the cost is higher or we are not able to deliver at all. If our actual cost to ship is higher than the $34.95 we will give you the option of having your order refunded or paying the difference.

15) What about my credit card information – do you store any of the information?

a. No – we do not have access to ANY of your credit card information once your order is placed. If you wish to place additional orders with our company we cannot put the charges on your credit card. We us an “SSL” site which means that your information is secure.

16) How do I put on the holster?

a. There are instructional videos for each holster model.

17) When I went to place my order, I was taken back to start the order process. Why does this happen?

a. For one of two reasons. First, if the information on your credit card does not match what was put into our website, you are taken back to the start. Second, if you try to order with an American Express Card, you will be taken back to the start. The reason that you are taken back to the start is because we do not retain any of your credit card information.

18) Where is your product made?

a. The holsters are made in a supervised production facility in Utah.

19) How long does it take from the time I place my order before it is shipped?

a. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day. If you place your order after 12:00 pm on Friday your order will most likely ship the following Monday. On occasion we are able to ship same day.

20) Do you offer FedEx or UPS overnight delivery?

a. Yes – however we do not promise overnight delivery. The timing of your order and the availability of the product you order may place restrictions on our ability to ship overnight. We will do all we can to ship overnight, however we prefer the two day ship time.

21) How do you use my phone number and email address? Do you sell any of this information?

a. NO! We do not share or sell your information to anyone. We may call you if there is a problem with your order and/or we may email you if there is a problem with your order. We will email you to let you know that your order has shipped. After your order ships we do not call you. We may email you in the future to let you know about new products we have.

22) Do you have a Facebook Page?

a. Yes – the Facebook page is www.facebook.com/concealit

23) When will the new Breakaway CCW shirt be available?

a. We are currently taking pre orders at $34.95 and will change the price to $54.95 when the pre orders are done. We expect to ship sometime in December of 2011.

24) What colors are available in the Breakaway CCW Shirt?

a. We have only one color available at the moment which is Navy Blue long sleeve. It will be available in both Right Hand and Left Hand draw. We will be introducing Slate Grey and Maroon in 2012 along with other prints during the year.

25) I’ve seen other Velcro shirts in the past – how are yours different?

a. Other Velcro shirts on the market will not stand up to “practice use”. As CCW holders we have been taught to practice as though it is the real thing. Using our shirt to practice with will not damage the shirt or the Velcro due to the Patent Pending process of construction and assembly of the shirt.

26) Can the Breakaway CCW shirt be used for people with Arthritis?

a. Yes – it is perfect for those that want a shirt that tucks in but is very easy to put on and take off.

27) Is there a guarantee on the Breakaway CCW Shirt?

a. Yes – Any defects in material or workmanship in the first 6 months of use.

28) Some of your pictures/videos are of men and some of women. Are there different holsters for men & woman?

a. No – all the holsters are made for men & women both.
