How do I decide between the Right Hand or Left Hand draw holster?

A Right Hand draw places the firearm underneath the left armpit and the left hand draw places the firearm underneath the right armpit. The holster is intended for cross draw.

 

How do I know if my handgun is compatible with your holsters?

We have yet to find a concealed carry firearm that will not fit in one of our holster pockets, but finding out is very easy. If your Derringer is 2.75”-5” use our Small Derringer Pocket. If your Derringer is 3” -5.5” in overall length use our Large Derringer Pocket. If you firearm is 3.5-5” in overall length use our Small Holster Pocket. If your firearm is 4”-7” in overall length use our Medium Holster Pocket. (Overall length of your firearm is referring to the length of the firearm from the tip of the barrel to the hammer).

 

 

How do I measure to get the correct chest size measurement?

Take a tape measure around the torso at the sternum, where the chest meets the stomach.

Inhale and then exhale - take the measurement when you are done exhaling.

Note the measurement on the tape and order the corresponding chest size.

 

How do I care for the Deep Conceal Holsters?

Wash in cold water and air dry.

Attach all straps to themselves so that the Hook & Loop material does not come in contact with the elastic.

 

Will the magazine pockets fit Double Stack Magazines?

Yes – the magazine pockets fit all but the largest double stack mags (Sig 228 mags, FNX mags, and some others require a special magazine pocket - they will be in stock soon. Let us know if you need one). The magazine pocket with the retention strap does not fit double stack mags. We suggest the open mag pocket where possible as the mag with the retention strap is mainly used by police.

 

What is your return policy?

You may return the holster for any reason within 30 days of purchase, just include

your order number and the reason for the return. Your order will be refunded

within 2 business days or it being received in our warehouse. It may take up to

2 weeks for your credit card company to show the credit on your credit card statement.

 

What do I do if I ordered the wrong size/type/color?

Send it back with a note with the reason for the return/replacement along with your

order number and contact information. We will replace the product with the correct product.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender.

All products except the FastDraw Shirt require a $5.00 shipping and handling fee for exchanges.

Shirts require an $8.00 shipping and handling fee.

 

Can these shoulder holsters be worn comfortably against the skin?

Yes - due to its cotton construction it is very comfortable worn against the skin.

 

What does it cost to ship the product to a US address?

All shipping is included in the price to any US address. UPS and FedEx shipping is available at additional cost however overnight and 2 day shipping are not possible. 

 

How are your products shipped?

All shipments to a United States postal address are shipped via United States Postal Service in a non-descriptive package. There is no advertising on the package to ensure your privacy. UPS and FedEx are available for international shipping. All international shipping duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

What does it cost for international shipping?

We use UPS and FedEx for international shipping. We cannot ship to all countries due to US Law. This varies by location so please refer to the shipping costs at checkout.

 

Do you store my credit card information.

You will have the option of having us store your information or not once you place your order however we cannot charge an order for you after you have ordered because we do not have enough information to charge your credit card again. It just makes it easier for you to order again if the information is saved.

 

How do I put on the holster?

There are instructional videos for each holster model on this website, however we suggest that you attach the shoulder harness straps to themselves and adjust for the correct height on the body. Then adjust the front strap for the best fit. 

It is very important with the harness that once you decide where on the harness you will put your holster pockets that you remove the harness from the body and mark on the harness where the holster pocket is, then remove the holster pockets and re-attach them while everything is on a flat surface.

 

When I went to place my order, I was taken back to start the

order process. Why does this happen?

When the information on your credit card does not match what was entered into your order

on our website, you are taken back to the start. This is done for your protection.

 

Where is your product made?

All holsters are made in our one of our 4 Utah production facilities. Our FastDraw shirts

are made overseas.

 

How long does it take from the time I place my order

before it is shipped?

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day. If you place your order after

12:00 pm on Friday your order will most likely ship the following Monday. On occasion we are

able to ship same day. Due to a recent significant increase in orders, some orders may take up

to 2 weeks to ship. If there is a delay of more than 2 business days to ship your order you

will be notified via email.  Our LOTUS holster takes approximately 4 weeks before it is shipped.

  

How do you use my phone number and email address? Do you

sell any of this information?

NO! We do not share or sell your information to anyone. We may call you or email you if there

is a problem with your order and.

We will email you to let you know that your order has shipped. After your order ships we do

not call you. We may email you in the future to let you know about new products we have.

What colors are available in the FastDraw CCW Shirt?

The CCW Shirt is currently available in both Right Hand and Left Hand draw and in the colors Royal Blue, Deep Red and Tan - short sleeve and long sleeve (10 day lead time on short sleeve). Other shirt colors and patterns will be added to our site as they become available. 

 

I've seen other shirts with Hook & Loop in the past - how are yours different?

Our shirt is designed from the start to stand up to "practice use". As CCW holders we have

been taught to practice as though it is the real thing. Using our shirt to practice with will not

damage the shirt or the Hook & Loop due to the Patent Pending process of construction and

assembly of the shirt. Practicing with the FastDraw shirt will make it easy for you to

open your button down shirt if you need to access your firearm quickly. Many customers use our Fast Draw shirt daily.

  

Is there a guarantee on your products??

Yes - We will replace or repair (at our discretion) any product that has defects in material or workmanship in the first 12 months of use.

 

Some of your pictures/videos are of men and some of women.

Are there different holsters for men & woman?

All holster products are made so that they fit both men and women.
